It is about my vision of the process of painting: what drives my paint brush, what thoughts are always with me, what influences my imagination. Although “My Art’s Face” has just been completed, it already has a buyer. Prints are available.
“His Own Way”. Oil on Linen. Completed April 2016. I’ve worked on this painting for almost 2 months. The subject matter is the Russian President Vladimir Putin and my opinion on his chosen path. I strongly believe that Putin takes the country to the abyss of nationalism, closed borders, hate and, eventually, poverty and regress.
The painting “Dreams” is SOLD. It was bought by a couple of very nice art lovers that already has 2 my paintings. Yay!

Rail Walk Studios & Gallery once again invites everyone to an exhibition of original art. This time it’s the artwork of Tatyana Shurtz. Visitors may view the works during Rail Walk’s public hours 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursdays – Saturdays, April 30 – May 30 or by appointments any day. The opening reception is Saturday, May 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. Please, come to meet the artist and enjoy art, wine and refreshments. Rail Walk Studios & Gallery is located at 409-413 N.
